Update: I found out my Java was a long time not updated on a hunch I decided to see if that might fix it which my next step would've been to reinstall Jdownloaer 2. I finally got the file I wanted thru Jdownloader 2 indivdually. Internet Archive randomly drops connections over 1GB in size and some files don't fully make it.
